This course provides a comprehensive foundation in Halal principles and certification standards. Participants will learn to identify Halal requirements, master hygiene practices, and recognize critical control points. You will gain the essential skills needed to implement the Halal Assurance System (HAS) and ensure compliance with Malaysian certification regulations.
